摘　　要：随着工业化进程的不断推进,化工行业在现代工业生产中发挥着越来越重要的作用,但同时也带来了更加严峻的安全风险。化工事故的发生对生命财产安全以及环境生态造成的破坏和影响不可估量。为了避免和减少化工事故的发生,必须采取一系列措施,其中安全管理是非常关键的一个环节。因此,从双重预防机制的角度出发,探讨如何创新化工安全管理模式,以实现化工行业的安全稳定发展。With the continuous progress of industrialization,the chemical industry plays an increasingly important role in modern industrial production,but it also brings more serious safety risks.The occurrence of chemical accidents has caused immeasurable damage and impact on the safety of people's lives and property as well as the environment and ecology.In order to avoid and reduce the occurrence of chemical accidents,a series of measures must be taken,among which safety management is a very critical link.From the perspective of dual prevention mechanism,this article will discuss how to innovate the chemical safety management mode to realize the safe and stable development of the chemical industry.
