摘　　要：常规教学绩效评估模型易受到评估指标特征值变化的影响,导致评估准确性较差。为此,构建基于改进谱聚类算法的教学管理绩效评估模型。首先,根据教学投入与教学产出之间的效应关系,确定绩效评估指标,建立评估指标体系;其次,采用改进谱聚类算法对评估指标进行排序,根据函数评价结果集和指标函数的最佳投影方向构建绩效评估模型;最后,进行实验对比分析。实验结果表明,所构建的评估模型具有较高的评估准确性,实际应用效果好。The conventional teaching performance evaluation model is easily affected by the change of the characteristic value of the evaluation index,resulting in poor evaluation accuracy.Therefore,a teaching management performance evaluation model based on improved spectral clustering algorithm is constructed.Firstly,according to the effect relationship between teaching input and teaching output,the performance evaluation index is determined and the evaluation index system is established.Secondly,the improved spectral clustering algorithm is used to sort the evaluation indicators,and the performance evaluation model is built according to the function evaluation result set and the best projection direction of the indicator function.Finally,the experiment is compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the evaluation model has high accuracy and good practical application effect.
