摘　　要：针对焊接生产现场存在的安全问题,设计了一套面向人员进场施工、设备维保、场所安检以及质量检测的管理系统。详细介绍了系统的需求分析、设计思路、工作流程及实现方法,并对系统进行了实验验证。结果表明,系统界面布局合理,操作流程简单易懂,系统运行稳定,符合使用要求。In view of the safety problems existing in welding production site,a set of management system for personal approach construction,equipment maintena-nce,site safety inspection and quality detection was designed.The requirements a-nalysis,design ideas,workflow and implementation methods of the system were intr-oduced in detail.The system was verified by experiment.The results showed that the system interface layout is reasonable,the operation process is simple and ea-sy to understand,the system runs stably and meets the requirements of use.
