血清超敏C-反应蛋白、肝细胞生长因子与慢性心力衰竭患者心功能分级的关系

摘　　要：目的观察慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)水平,并分析其与心功能分级的关系。方法选取2020年1月—2022年6月医院116例CHF患者为研究对象,依据美国纽约心脏病学会分级(NYHA)将其分为Ⅱ级组、Ⅲ级组、Ⅳ级组。所有患者均接受血清hs-CRP、HGF水平检测,采用Kendall’s tau相关性分析血清hs-CRP、HGF水平与CHF患者心功能分级的关系。结果116例CHF患者中Ⅱ级26例(22.41%)、Ⅲ级59例(50.86%)、Ⅳ级31例(26.72%);3组高血压占比比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅳ级组血清BNP、hs-CRP、HGF水平最高,左室射血分数最低,左心室舒张末期内径最大,Ⅲ级组次之,Ⅱ级组血清BNP、hs-CRP、HGF水平最低,左室射血分数最高,左心室舒张末期内径最小,两两间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Kendall’s tau相关性分析,结果显示,血清hs-CRP、HGF水平与CHF患者心功能分级呈正相关关系(r=409、512,P均<0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP、HGF水平与CHF患者心功能分级密切相关。Objective This paper aims to observe the levels of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and analyze the relationship between them and the classification of cardiac function.Methods A total of 116 CHF patients from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into grade II group,grade II group and grade IV group according to the New York Heart Association classification(NYHA).All patients underwent the test of serum hs-CRP and HGF levels.Kendall's tau correlation analysis was performed on the relationship between serum hs-CRP,HCF levels and cardiac function classification in patients with CHF.Results Among 116 CHF patients,26(22.41%)were Grade II,59(50.86%)were Grade III,and 31(26.72%)were Grade IV.The proportion of hypertension was compared among the three groups,and the differences were of statistical significance(P<0.05).The serum levels of BNP,hs-CRP and HGF in grade IV group were the highest,the left ventricular ejection fraction was the lowest,and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter was the largest,followed by grade Ill group.The levels of serum BNP,hs-CRP and HGF in grade II group were the lowest,the left ventricular ejection fraction was the highest,and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter was the smallest.The differences between every two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Kendall's tau correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of hs-CRP and HGF were positively correlated with the cardiac function classification in patients with CHF(r=409,T=512,P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of hs-CRP and HGF are closely related to the classification of cardiac function in patients with CHF.
