摘  要:目的 分析枣庄市育龄女性叶酸代谢能力相关基因多态性的分布特征,为指导该地区育龄女性个体化孕期保健提供理论依据。方法 选取2021-02-01-2022-02-01在枣庄市妇幼保健院孕前或孕期检查的女性作为研究对象,采用多通道荧光定量分析仪,对甲硫氨酸合成酶还原酶(MTRR)和5,10-亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因多态性进行检测,回顾性分析已报道其他地区的基因多态性特征并进行比较。结果 枣庄市<35岁育龄妇女与≥35岁育龄妇女相比,MTHFR 677C/T、MTHFR 1298A/C基因型和等位基因差异无统计学意义,MTRR 66A/G基因型(χ^(2)=9.024,P=0.011)和等位基因频率(χ^(2)=8.953,P=0.003)差异有统计学意义。枣庄市育龄妇女MTHFR 677C/T基因型、等位基因与其他地区相比差异有统计学意义,均P<0.001。MTHFR 1298A/C的基因型与莱芜、银川、琼海、东莞、南宁和昆明育龄妇女比较,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05;MTHFR 1298A/C等位基因与贵阳、银川、东莞、昆明、南宁和琼海比较,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05。枣庄市育龄妇女MTRR 66A/G基因型、等位基因与南宁和琼海比较,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05;与潍坊、莱芜、郑州、济源、贵阳、三河、东莞、银川和昆明育龄妇女比较,差异无统计学意义,均P>0.05。枣庄市85.5%的育龄妇女存在叶酸代谢风险。结论 枣庄市育龄妇女的MTHFR 677C/T、MTHFR 1298A/C、MTRR 66A/G基因多态性分布存在年龄差异与地区差异,有自身特点。Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of polymorphisms of folic acid metabolism-related genes in women of childbearing age in Zaozhuang City, and to provide theoretical basis for guiding the individual pregnancy care of women of childbearing age in this area. Methods Women who were examined before or during pregnancy at Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 1, 2021 to February 1, 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The polymorphism of methionine synthase reductase(MTRR) and 5,10-methylene tetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR) gene was detected by using multi-channel fluorescence quantitative analyzer. The characteristics of gene polymorphism in other regions were analyzed retrospectively and compared. Results There was no statistical significance in MTHFR 677C/T and MTHFR 1298A/C genotypes between women of reproductive age <35 and women of reproductive age ≥35 in Zaozhuang City, while there was a significant difference in MTRR 66A/G genotypes(χ^(2)=9.024, P=0.011) and allele frequency(χ^(2)=8.953, P=0.003). The MTHFR 677C/T genotype and allele of women of childbearing age in Zaozhuang City were statistically significant compared with other regions(all P<0.001). The genotype of MTHFR 1298A/C was statistically significant compared with women of childbearing age in Laiwu, Yinchuan, Qionghai, Dongguan, Nanning and Kunming(all P<0.05). The allele of MTHFR 1298A/C had statistically significant differences compared with Guiyang, Yinchuan, Dongguan, Kunming, Nanning and Qionghai(all P<0.05).The MTRR 66A/G genotype and allele of women of childbearing age in Zaozhuang area were statistically significant compared with Nanning and Qionghai(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference compared with women of childbearing age in Weifang, Laiwu, Zhengzhou, Jiyuan, Guiyang, Sanhe, Dongguan, Yinchuan and Kunming(all P>0.05).
