外痔钬激光切除联合弹力线痔疮套扎术治疗混合痔65例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价外痔钬激光切除联合弹力线痔疮套扎术治疗混合痔的疗效。方法:选取2018年12月至2021年2月,本院收治的65例混合痔患者,均行外痔钬激光切除联合内痔弹力线套扎治疗。结果:65例患者全部治愈,1例术后8个月内痔复发,1例术后1年外痔复发。1例术后第4天出现大便出血,出血量约6 mL,3例术后出现暂时性排尿困难,5例出现肛管胀痛不适。结论:外痔钬激光切除联合弹力线痔疮套扎术治疗混合痔疗效满意,创伤小,术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of mixed hemorrhoids treated with Homium-laser resecting external hemorrhoids plus thread-elastic coincide ligature of hemorrhoids. Methods The 65 mixed hemorrhoids patients received above-mentioned combined therapy in author's hospital(2018-12-2021-02). Results The 65 cases were all cured in whom 1 case had recurrence of internal hemorrhoids 8 months after surgery;1 case, recurrence of external hemorrhoids 1 year after surgery;3 cases had temporary dysuria after surgery;5 cases had anal canal with swelling-pain comfortable feeling. Conclusion The combined therapy of Holmium-laser resecting and thread-elastic coincide ligature for mixed hemorrhoids has satisfactory outcome with less trauma and postoperative complication, thus is worth to be popularized to use clinically.
