肛肠疾病术前排便习惯的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:调查统计具有手术指征的肛肠疾病患者与其自身排便习惯的相关性,以加强肛肠疾病健康宣教,降低发病率及复发率。方法:选取2021年10月至2022年2月,山东第一医科大学第一附属医院住院治疗的325例肛肠疾病患者,采用自拟排便习惯调查表进行调查,主要涉及是否定时排便、排便是否费力、排便频率、排便时长及粪便性状等。结果:术前患者中排便习惯异常者占80.9%,排便习惯异常在各病种中占比均高于50.0%,其中痔占83.3%、肛周脓肿占81.0%、肛瘘占78.7%、肛裂占71.4%及直肠黏膜内脱垂占82.6%。结论:术前肛肠疾病发生与排便习惯关系密切,为防治肛肠疾病,提高人们的生活质量,应当积极宣传“未病先防”的理念,教育人们养成正确的排便习惯。Objective To investigate the relativity of the coloproctological diseases patients having operative indication to their defecation habit, so as to strengh health teaching about coloproctological disease, and to reduce mobidity and recurrence rate. Methods By using self-developed score scale investigated 325 patients with coloproctological disease admitted at the first affiliated hospital of Shandong first medical university(2021-10-2022-02) in following items: whether timely defecate or not timely do, whether forced or not-forced, defecation frequency, defecation lasting time, and stool characters, etc. Results In the following every diseases abnormal defecation habit accounted50%,including in hemorrhoids, 83.3%;in periabscess, 81.0%;in anal fistula, 78.7%;in anal fisssure, 71.4%,and in rectal mucosa prolapsed, 82.6%.In preoperative patients, those having abnormal defecation habit accounted 80.9%. Conclusion In the patients before subject to surgery coloproctological disease happening are closely related to defecation habit, therefore, for preventing treating coloproctological diseases, and enhancing people's quality of life, it should be to actively teach them with "preventive treatment of disease" conception, and make them culturing right defecation habit.
