摘  要:针对沁秀公司坪上煤业2307(下)工作面沿空掘巷存在顶板及围岩稳定性差,巷道较难支护的问题,基于2307(下)工作面工程地质概况,重点研究了2307下分层工作面巷道合理布置方式及围岩控制技术,提出了可在23071巷下部垂直位置偏右处布设回采巷道,巷帮采用锚杆+工钢棚进行联合支护,顶板及两帮均选用双层网来护顶护帮,并对巷道进行注浆加固的顶板及巷帮控制措施,有效控制了巷道瓦斯超限。In view of the poor stability of the roof and surrounding rock in the gob side entry of the 2307(lower)working face in Pingshang Coal Industry,Qinxiu Company,and the difficulty in supporting the roadway,based on the engineering geology of the 2307(lower)working face,the reasonable layout of the roadway in the 2307 lower layered working face and the surrounding rock control technology are emphatically studied,and it is proposed that the mining roadway can be arranged at the right side of the vertical position of the lower part of the 23071 roadway,and the roadway side is jointly supported by bolts and steel sheds,The roof and both sides adopt double-layer net to protect the roof and side,and the roof and side control measures for grouting reinforcement of the roadway.After the application of these measures,good economic and safety benefits have been achieved,bringing about an overall economic benefit of about 68.5125 million yuan,enhancing the roadway support effect,reducing the amount of roadway maintenance,and effectively controlling the roadway gas overrun,It can provide a reference for the safe and efficient mining of roadway along goaf in the lower layer of thick seam fully mechanized mining face under similar working conditions.
