摘　　要：针对当前我国矿山救护指战员心理健康状况,向全国21个省或地区的矿山救护队伍远程投放以SCL-90量表为主体构建的调查问卷,应用统计学方法对抽样数据进行分析。结果表明:当前矿山救护指战员心理健康状况低于正常成人水平;矿山救护指战员在躯体化、强迫症状、精神病性3项因子与正常成人常模存在非常显著性差异;矿山救护指战员心理创伤经历对心理健康状况影响较大,在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性方面存在显著性差异;在日常训练过程中,应制定针对性训练科目,加强矿山救护指战员身体不适感方面的恢复与训练。This paper is aimed at mental health status of mine rescue commanders and fighters in China,a questionnaire based on SCL-90 was remotely sent to mine rescue teams in 21 provinces or regions across the country,and statistical methods were used to analyze the sampling data.The results show that the mental health status of mine rescue commanders and fighters is lower than that of normal adults,and there are significant differences between mine rescue commanders and fighters and normal adults in somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms and psychosis.The psychological trauma experience of the rescuers has a great influence on the mental health status,and there are significant differences in somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationship,anxiety,hostility,phobia and psychosis.In the process of daily training,targeted training subjects should be formulated to strengthen the recovery and training of physical discomfort of mine ambulance personnel.
