摘 要:炼油生产过程中会产生H_(2)S气体,因此炼化企业多配备有硫磺回收装置。为提高硫磺回收装置抗腐蚀能力,该装置大部分利用不锈钢作为主要材料,但是依旧会有硫致腐蚀破坏发生,严重威胁了生产和人员安全。文章阐明了不同硫离子对不锈钢的硫致腐蚀行为影响,其中S单质和S2O32-的对不锈钢的腐蚀危害最大;通过对比不锈钢合金成分对硫致腐蚀行为的影响,发现不锈钢中的S、Ni元素均不利于抗硫致腐蚀;并综述了目前较为先进的抗硫腐蚀的防腐措施,最后总结展望了未来硫磺回收装置中硫致腐蚀的研究重点和防护发展趋势,以期为炼油化工长周期安全生产提供一定的借鉴。H_(2)S gas are generated in the refinery production process,so most refineries have equipped with sulfur recovery devices.In order to improve the corrosion resistance of sulfur recovery device,most of the device used stainless steel as the main material.But there are still sulfur-induced corrosion damage,which seriously threatens the safety of production and personnel.Therefore,this paper expounds the influence of different sulfur ions on the sulfur-induced corrosion behavior of stainless steel,compares the influence of stainless steel alloy composition on sulfur-induced corrosion behavior,and summarizes the advanced anti-corrosion measures for sulfur corrosion at present.Finally,in order to provide certain reference for long-term safe production of refining and chemical industry,the research focus and protection development trend of sulfur-induced corrosion in sulfur recovery units in the future are summarized and prospected.
