摘　　要：文章介绍了随着原油品质下降,中石油某炼油厂第二套常减压装置原来所用某水溶性中和缓蚀剂已不能满足防腐要求。决定将JYH—2004油溶性缓蚀剂在二常减压装置进行工业应用前的试验。试验结果表明,由初顶、常顶、减顶所排污水中铁离子含量明显下降,达到了很好的效果。This article introduces that with the crude oil quality declining,some water-solubility neutralization corrosion inhibitor used by second crude oil unit of Petrochemical has been unable to meet the corrosion protection demand.decides to put JYH-2004,the oil-solubility neutralization corrosion inhibitor into industrial application experiment of second crude oil unit.The experimental results show that Fe2+3+content in waste water poured by the top of primary distillation tower,atmospheric tower,decompression tower,achieving very good efforts.
