摘　　要：进入新时代,高等教育面临新的改革形势和发展要求,应用型本科高校如何把握时代机遇,抓住关键环节来实现高质量发展问题就显得尤为重要和紧迫。专业集群建设是应用型本科转型的关键任务,也是高校实现内涵发展的重要抓手,因此,该文从应用型本科高校打造特色专业集群的必要性入手,解读专业集群内涵,总结专业集群建设的根本特征和典型模式,并以西安交通工程学院为例,总结已建成轨道交通类特色专业集群的经验做法,进一步提出学校“十四五”时期特色专业集群的建设构想,以期为同类院校开展特色专业集群建设研究与实践提供参考与借鉴。Entering the new era,higher education is faced with new reform situation and development requirements.It is particularly important and urgent for application-oriented undergraduate colleges to grasp the opportunities of the times and grasp the key links to achieve high-quality development.The construction of professional clusters is the key task of the transformation of application-oriented undergraduates,and it is also an important starting point for colleges and universities to realize the development of connotation.Therefore,this paper starts with the necessity of creating characteristic professional clusters in application-oriented undergraduate colleges,interprets the connotation of professional clusters,and summarizes the fundamentals of the construction of professional clusters.Characteristics and typical models,and taking Xi'an Traffic Engineering Institute as an example,summarizes the experience and practices of the established rail transit characteristic specialty clusters,and further proposes the construction concept of the school's"14th Five-Year Plan"period characteristic specialty clusters,in order to develop characteristics for similar institutions.Professional cluster construction research and practice to provide reference and reference.
