应对“信息噪音”挑战的高校思想政治理论课教育举措

摘　　要：互联网技术在促进高校思想政治理论课教育现代化的同时,也产生大量附加在互联网传达信息上偏离期望值且干扰信息正常传播、减弱信息传递效果的“信息噪音”。这种“信息噪音”挑战高校思想政治理论课教育的话语权,弱化思想政治理论课教育的影响力,消解高校学生的主流意识形态价值观。全国高校必须警惕和防范“信息噪音”的干扰,通过夯实马克思主义在互联网意识形态领域的主导地位,推进网络精品思想政治理论课建设,加强互联网立法,培养和提升教师信息素养及建设信息数据管理中心等举措,将“信息噪音”排除、隔离于思想政治理论课教学场域之外,不断提升高校思想政治理论课教育的针对性、目的性、有效性。Internet information technology can promote the modernization of ideological and political theory education,at the same time,it also produces a large number of additional on the Internet to communicate information deviating from the expected value and interfere with the normal transmission of information,weakens the effect of information transfer"noise".This"information noise"challenges the discourse power of ideological and political theory education in colleges and universities,weakens the influence of ideological and political theory education,and undermines the mainstream ideological values of college students.The national colleges and universities must guard against the interference of"information noise"by consolidating the dominant position of Marxism in the field of Internet ideology,promoting the construction of high-quality ideological and political courses on the Internet,strengthening Internet legislation,cultivating and upgrading teachers'information literacy and building information data management center.The"information noise"should be excluded and isolated from the teaching field of Ideological and Political Theory course,so as to continuously improve the pertinacity,purpose and effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theory course education in colleges and universities.
