北京高校图工委在高质量馆员队伍建设中的探索与实践

摘　　要：北京地区高等学校图书馆工作委员会成立四十年以来,始终坚持守正创新,顺应时代需求,做好成员馆馆员队伍建设的协调工作。依托BALIS项目,充分整合北京地区92家高校成员馆人力资源,在打造馆员队伍成长共同体、撬动馆员队伍发展势能、助力馆员队伍能力提升、激发馆员队伍创新潜能等方面,进行了积极的探索,取得了显著的成效。Forty years since the establishment of Working Committee for Academic Libraries in Beijing,it has always adhered to integrity and innovation,complied with the needs of the times,and coordinated the construction of member libraries librarian team.Relying on the BALIS project,we have fully integrated the human resources of 92 member libraries in the Beijing area and have made active explorations and attempts in creating a community for the growth of the librarian team,leveraging the development potential of all libraries,helping to enhance their ability,and stimulating the innovative potential and achieving significant results.
