智慧校园背景下高校图书馆协同参与数据治理概念框架研究

摘　　要：高校开展数据治理工作是建设智慧校园的必经之路,协同参与数据治理工作是高校图书馆实现智慧化转型的必然选择。文章通过梳理国内外数据治理框架,并结合协同参与的特殊性,构建了高校图书馆协同参与数据治理概念框架,明确了高校图书馆协同参与数据治理的促成因素、数据范围和治理内容,以期为高校及高校图书馆开展数据治理工作提供参考。The data governance carried out by universities is the only way to build smart campus,and collaborative participation in data governance is the inevitable choice for university libraries to realize intelligent transformation.This paper sorts out the data governance framework at home and abroad,combines the particularity of collaborative participation,constructs the conceptual framework of collaborative participation of university libraries in data governance,and clarifies the contributing factors,data scope and governance content of collaborative participation of university libraries in data governance,in order to provide reference for universities and university libraries to carry out data governance.
