从“建议人”到“合作伙伴”:日本大学图书馆学生助理的角色变迁与启示

摘  要:结合高等教育、大学图书馆相关政策梳理日本大学图书馆学生助理角色的变迁,发现其业务范围不断变化,总体呈扩张趋势,其角色也从单一逐渐走向多元:最初是受邀参与图书馆特定业务的“建议人”,其后是图书馆因人手紧缺而雇佣的“打工者”与具有独特价值的“业务辅助者”,如今则是大学图书馆不可或缺、兼有专业性与创意性的“合作伙伴”。总结日本大学图书馆学生助理角色变迁的历程,并与我国大学图书馆学生助理的服务实践相对照,可得出一些有益启示,如扩大图书馆学生助理的遴选范围、细分学生助理岗位职责、进行图书馆业务的系统化培训等。Combining the relevant policies of higher education and libraries to sort out the changes in the role of student assistants in Japanese college and university libraries,it is found that their service scope is constantly changing,and the overall trend is expanding.As time passes,those who were initially as proposers invited to participate in specific library operations,gradually become short-term workers,service assistants with unique value,and indispensable,professional and creative working partners.Summarizing the changing course of the role of student assistants in Japanese college and university libraries,and comparing with the service practice of student assistants in China,some useful inspirations can be drawn,such as expanding the selection scope,subdividing job responsibilities,and implementing systematic training.
