风险防患护理对冠脉造影及冠脉支架术后患者并发症的预防作用

摘　　要：目的观察风险防患护理对冠脉造影及冠脉支架术后患者并发症的预防作用。方法选取2021年6月-2022年6月在我院行冠脉造影及冠脉支架术的86例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展风险防患护理干预,比较两组自我效能、并发症发生率、护理满意度及生活质量水平。结果观察组自我效能高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.98%,低于对照组的9.30%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05);两组护理后生活质量水平均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险防患护理对冠脉造影及冠脉支架术后患者并发症具有较好的预防作用,可提高护理满意度、生活质量水平,提升患者自我效能,是一种可行、有效的护理模式,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the preventive effect of risk prevention nursing on complications after coronary angiography and coronary stent implantation.Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent coronary angiography and coronary stenting in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given risk prevention nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy,complication rate,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The self-efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.98%,which was lower than 9.30% in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40% of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk prevention nursing has a good preventive effect on complications of patients after coronary angiography and coronary stenting,which can improve nursing satisfaction,quality of life and self-efficacy of patients.Meanwhile,it is a feasible and effective nursing mode,which is worthy of clinical application.
