冯毅运用芪红通络方治疗腺病毒肺炎后遗症1例

摘　　要：人体腺病毒容易诱发急性呼吸道感染,腺病毒感染所致的腺病毒肺炎在临床上常导致肺损伤和相关肺部后遗症,如肺泡气道机化、肺组织纤维化等。患者会出现严重的咳、痰、喘等症状,迁延日久症状还会逐步恶化。因此,如何治疗腺病毒肺炎后遗症,改善患者的生活质量,具有重要意义。湖北中医药大学冯毅主任从事临床、教学、科研多年,他根据中西医结合理念,采取纯中药疗法,用芪红通络汤治疗1例腺病毒肺炎后遗症患者,取得了显著疗效。文章通过这则成功案例介绍冯毅主任治疗腺病毒肺炎后遗症的全过程,以期为临床提供参考。Human adenovirus is easy to induce acute respiratory tract infection,and adenovirus pneumonia caused by human adenovirus infection often leads to lung injury and related pulmonary sequelae in clinical practice,such as alveolar airway mechanization,lung tissue fibrosis,etc.Patients will appear severe cough,sputum,asthma and other symptoms,and the symptoms will gradually worsen.Therefore,how to treat adenovirus pneumonia sequelae and improve the quality life of patients is of great significance.FENG Yi,a director of Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has been engaged in clinical practice,teaching and scientific research for many years.According to the concept of the integrative medicine,he adopted pure TCM medicine therapy and used the Qihong Tongluo decoction(芪红通络方)treated a patient with adenovirus pneumonia sequela,and achieved remarkable curative effect.Through this successful case,this article introduces the whole process of treating adenoviral pneumonia sequela by Director FENG Yi,in order to provide a clinical reference.
