引火汤加减治疗中青年高血压病的体会

摘　　要：高血压病是心脑血管疾病最常见的危险因素之一。近年来,由于人们的生活方式发生巨大改变,以致高血压病的发病率逐年增高,且呈现出一种年轻化的趋势。随着人们对中医中药的认识逐渐加深,中医经方的临床应用范围变得更加广泛,这里以引火汤为例,引火汤出自于明朝陈士铎(字敬之)的《辨证奇闻》,其有滋养肾水、引火归元、上下同治等特点,用以治疗阴蛾。而在现代,引火汤对青年高血压病肝肾阴虚,虚火上扰证亦有很好的疗效。Hypertension is one of the most common risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.In recent years,due to the great changes in lifestyle,the incidence of hypertension has increased year by year,and there is a trend of younger age of onset.With the gradual deepening of people’s understanding on TCM,the clinical application of TCM prescriptions has become more extensive.Here is an example of the Yinhuo decoction(引火汤),which comes from Bianzheng Qiwen(《辨证奇闻》),a classic work of TCM master CHEN Shiduo in the Ming dynasty.It has the characteristics of nourishing kidney water,guiding fire return to origin,and treating both upper and lower levels,and is used to treat red sore swollen throat.In modern times,the Yinhuo decoction also has a very good effect on hypertension in young people with liver and kidney Yin-deficiency(阴虚)and flaring up of deficient fire.
