缬沙坦胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察缬沙坦胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压的临床效果。方法96例老年高血压患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予缬沙坦胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率及血压控制情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率95.83%明显高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者收缩压(SBP)(116.60±3.14)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(DBP)(78.65±2.59)mm Hg均明显低于对照组的(137.32±4.70)、(91.61±3.85)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缬沙坦胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压效果显著,降压效果明显,而且药物不良反应较少,安全可靠,可以在老年高血压患者中广泛使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of valsartan capsules and amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,and the observation group was treated with valsartan capsules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions and control of blood pressure were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.83% in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 81.25% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure(SBP)of(116.60±3.14)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of(78.65±2.59)mm Hg in the observation group were significantly lower than those of(137.32±4.70)and(91.61±3.85)mm Hg in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Valsartan capsules combined with amlodipine besylate tablets are effective in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,with obvious antihypertensive effect,and less adverse drug reactions.It is safe and reliable,and can be widely used in elderly patients with hypertension.
