橡皮生肌膏治疗创伤性软组织缺损的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究对创伤性软组织缺损患者给予橡皮生肌膏治疗的临床疗效。方法100例创伤性软组织缺损患者,采用双盲法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用乳酸依沙吖啶溶液(商品名:利凡诺溶液)治疗,观察组患者采用橡皮生肌膏治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、临床指标、创面疼痛程度和皮肤愈合情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者2~5 cm2创面愈合时间、>5 cm2创面愈合时间、全层皮肤缺损愈合时间、软组织缺损外露愈合时间分别为(23.35±2.74)、(33.64±3.64)、(24.45±2.77)、(31.74±3.11)d,均短于对照组的(28.16±3.15)、(44.17±3.85)、(35.17±3.21)、(43.74±3.47)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院治疗时间为(25.75±2.48)d,短于对照组的(36.66±2.86)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d、15 d、1个月,观察组患者创面视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分分别为(6.64±0.74)、(4.32±0.36)、(2.85±0.26)分,明显低于对照组的(8.02±0.82)、(7.26±0.56)、(5.32±0.35)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者皮肤颜色、硬度、张力评分分别为(2.24±0.46)、(1.85±0.35)、(1.78±0.26)分,均低于对照组的(2.78±0.75)、(2.74±0.41)、(2.46±0.31)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将橡皮生肌膏应用于创伤性软组织缺损的治疗中效果良好,可以有效促进创口愈合,缓解患者痛苦,并且治疗安全性较高,值得积极应用于临床。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiangpi Shengji ointment for patients with traumatic soft tissue defect.Methods A total of 100 patients with traumatic soft tissue defect were divided into control group and observation group by double-blind method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with esacridine lactate solution(trade name:Rivanol solution),and observation group was treated with Xiangpi Shengji ointment.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,clinical indicators,wound pain level and skin healing were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than that of 78.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%,which was lower than that of 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of 2-5 cm2 wounds,>5 cm2 wounds,full skin defects,and sexposed soft tissue defect in the observation group were(23.35±2.74),(33.64±3.64),(24.45±2.77),and(31.74±3.11)d,which were shorter than those of(28.16±3.15),(44.17±3.85),(35.17±3.21),and(43.74±3.47)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was(25.75±2.48)d,which was shorter than that of(36.66±2.86)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 7 d,15 d and 1 month after treatment,the wound visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were(6.64±0.74),(4.32±0.36)and(2.85±0.26)points,which were significantly lower than those of(8.02±0.82),(7.26±0.56)and(5.32±0.35)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin color,hardness and tension scores of the observation group were(2.24±0.46),(1.85±0.35)and(1.78±0.26)points,which were lower than those of(2.78±0.75),(2.74±0.41)and(2.46±0.31)p
