摘 要:含盐废水来源广、危害大、处理难,其净化成为废水处理领域的技术难点。针对此问题,构建潮汐流多层砂滤(MSF)系统对含盐废水进行处理,探讨水力负荷、淹空比、反应温度等条件对其处理性能的影响,并分析净水原理。结果表明:①水力负荷的增大会导致出水中COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TP浓度的升高,最佳水力负荷值宜设定为0.8 m/d;②调节淹空比为1:4时,可取得较优的COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TP去除效率;③反应温度为30℃时,潮汐流MSF系统可实现90%以上的COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N去除和85%以上的TP去除,可作为优选温度;④滤料和微生物的协同作用,对含盐废水中污染物的去除具有重要贡献。研究结果可为含盐废水的处理提供一种新的技术类型,并为其性能优化提供技术参考。The purification of saline wastewater has become a technical difficulty in the field of wastewater treatment because of its wide source,great harm and difficult treatment.To solve this problem,tidal flow multi-layer sand filtration(MSF)systems were constructed to treat saline wastewater.The effects of hydraulic load,time ratio between flooding and vacancy and reaction temperature on its treatment performance were discussed,and the principle of water purification was analyzed.The results show that①the accrescent of hydraulic load led to the concentration accrescent of effluent COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP,and the optimal hydraulic load value should be set at 0.8 m/d.②Better removal efficiency of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP could be achieved by adjusting the time ratio between flooding and vacancy to 1:4.③When the reaction temperature was 30℃,the tidal flow MSF system could achieve more than 90% COD and NH_(4)^(+)-N removal and more than 85% TP removal,which can be used as the preferred temperature.④The cooperation of filter media and microorganisms made significant contribution to the elimination of pollutants from saline wastewater.The research results can provide a new type of technology for the treatment of saline wastewater,and provide a technical reference for its performance optimization.
