双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合穴位按摩治疗婴儿腹泻的效果及对胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:腹泻作为婴儿的常见疾病,容易引起婴儿呕吐、发热甚至惊厥等症状,继而容易引起营养不良,严重者甚至导致婴儿死亡。但因为婴儿的语言发育系统不完善,无法对具体病情进行描述,且服药依从性很低,同时婴儿处于生长发育的快速时期,长期腹泻会影响婴幼儿胃肠道的吸收功能,进而影响婴儿的正常发育。耳穴压豆是一种通过在患者的耳部进行压豆按摩以达到增强肠胃功能、消除机体病理变化的一种传统操作方法。本研究探讨通过联合使用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊和穴位按摩治疗婴儿腹泻的效果,以及对胃肠功能的影响。方法:选取2020年4月―2021年4月暨南大学附属顺德医院婴儿腹泻患者206例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(103例,采用双歧杆菌活菌胶囊治疗)和观察组[103例,在对照组的治疗基础上使用王不留行籽和小方块胶布在患者耳部的大肠、脾、胃、内分泌、三焦等穴位进行压豆,并酌情留置数日(留置期间,每隔4 h左右用手指按压不留行籽处,进行压迫刺激,以增强疗效,睡前1 h禁压)]。观察两组患者治疗后腹泻相关指标恢复正常所需时间,治疗效果、胃肠功能。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者腹痛消失时间、肠鸣音恢复正常时间、腹泻消失时间均显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中显著有效的有64例,占观察组患者总人数的62.14%;有效患者26例,占观察组患者总人数的25.24%;无效13例,占观察组患者总人数的12.62%;总治疗有效率为87.38%。在对照组中,临床治疗显著有效的有46例,占比44.66%;临床治疗有效患者31例,占比30.10%;无效有26例,占比25.24%;总治疗有效率为74.76%。观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组。观察组的婴儿在12 h内止泻的有69例(66.99%),在24 h内腹泻停止的有32例(31.07%),在24 h后腹泻停止的有2例(1.94%);而对照组在12 h内止泻的有47例(45.63%),在24 h内腹泻停止的有18�Objective:As a common disease of infants,diarrhea is easy to cause vomiting,fever and convulsion in infants,and then it is easy to cause malnutrition and even death of infants.However,because the infant’s language development system is not perfect,the specific condition cannot be described,and the medication compliance is very low,at the same time,the infant is in a rapid period of growth and development,long-term diarrhea will affect the absorption function of the gastrointestinal tract of the infant,and then affect the normal development of the infant.Ear pressing bean is a traditional operation method to enhance gastrointestinal function and eliminate pathological changes of the body by massaging bean on the patient’s ear.Therefore,this study explores the effect of combined use of bifidobacterium triple viable capsule and acupoint massage in the treatment of infant diarrhea,as well as its effect on gastrointestinal function.Methods:A total of 206 infant patients with diarrhea in Shunde Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(103 cases,who were treated with bifidobacterium viable capsules)and the observation group(103 cases,based on the treatment in the control group),rapeseed and small square tape were used to press beans at the patient’s large intestine,spleen,stomach,endocrine,and triple energizer acupoints,and indwelled for several days as appropriate(during the indwelling period,fingers were used to press the place where the seeds were left to enhance the efficacy,and pressure was forbad 1 hour before bedtime).The time needed for the diarrhea related indexes to return to normal after treatment,the therapeutic effect and gastrointestinal function in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the disappearance time of abdominal pain,the recovery time of bowel sounds and the disappearance time of diarrhea in the observation group were significantly shorter than those
