补肾生髓益肝方联合化疗治疗肠癌肝转移的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾生髓益肝方联合化疗治疗结直肠癌肝转移的临床疗效。方法:以2020年7月―2023年1月在柳州市中医院肿瘤科住院且符合肠癌肝转移的患者为研究对象,依据治疗方式的不同分为对照组和对照组各30例,对照组患者采用常规化疗(奥沙利铂+卡培他滨),连续治疗3个疗程,治疗组在此基础上,根据辨证予口服中药补肾生髓益肝方加减治疗,于化疗周期第1天开始同步服用,每天1剂,共服用3个化疗周期。比较两组治疗后实体瘤治疗疗效,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、卡氏评分、肿瘤标志物和不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗后在实体瘤大小、肿瘤标志物、卡氏评分上均有不同程度的好转,但治疗组较对照组改善更显著。对照组总中医证候积分未见明显改善,治疗组总中医证候积分较治疗前改善。骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应等不良反应发生率比较,治疗组明显少于治疗组。肝肾功能损害方面,两组无明显差异。结论:补肾生髓益肝方联合化疗治疗肠癌肝转移可明显提高临床疗效,提高机体整体功能状态,降低化疗的不良反应,明显改善患者的临床症状,提高化疗耐受性和生活质量,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Bushen Shengsui Yigan decoction(补肾生髓益肝方)combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of colorectal cancer liver metastases.Methods:Patients who were hospitalized in the Oncology Department of Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to January 2023 and were in line with colorectal cancer liver metastasis were selected as the research subjects and were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional chemotherapy(oxaliplatin plus capecitabine)for 3 consecutive courses of treatment.Patients in the treatment group received oral the Bushen Shengsui Yigan decoction treatment according to syndrome differentiation on the basis of conventional treatment,which was taken synchronously on the first day of the chemotherapy cycle,with 1 dose per day for 3 cycles in total.The therapeutic efficacy of solid tumor was compared between the two groups after treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores,KPS scores,tumor markers and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the two groups had different degrees of improvement in solid tumor size,tumor markers,and KPS score,but the amelioration in the treatment group was more significant than the control group.The overall score in two groups was ameliorated compared with that before treatment.In the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions of bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reactions,the treatment group was significantly less than the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of liver and kidney function damage.Conclusion:The Bushen Shengsui Yigan decoction combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,promote the overall functional status of the body in the treatment of colorectal cancer liver metastases,it c
