摘　　要：目的:通过Neo4j图数据库技术总结刘德春名老中医针灸治疗腰痛的选穴规律。方法:检索2020年10月1日-2022年4月30日安徽中医药大学第二附属医院刘德春名老中医诊治的腰痛病临床病案,采用PHP语言对所选病案证型、症状、针灸取穴进行频次统计、置信度及权值计算,并将数据结果导入Neo4j图数据库。结果:共统计刘德春名老中医诊治的腰痛病临床病案338例,出现频率≥50%的症状有腰痛、劳累后加重、久坐后加重、腰部陈旧性伤、腰胀;出现频率≥70%的针灸取穴有阿是穴、腰部夹脊穴、肾俞穴、委中穴、大肠俞穴;出现频率≥10%且置信度≥65%的证型与针灸取穴间关系为委中穴→瘀血阻络、阿是穴→瘀血阻络,症状与针灸取穴间关系为阿是穴→久坐后加重;权值计算的结果显示最高为膈俞穴→瘀血阻络。结论:Neo4j图数据库直观地对刘德春名老中医针灸治疗腰痛的选穴数据进行了分析,出现频率≥10%的针灸取穴有38个,为阿是穴、腰部夹脊穴等穴位。从针灸取穴之间关联度分析,与阿是穴关联度最高的腧穴为阿是穴-秩边穴、阿是穴-阴陵泉穴等。Objective:To summarize the rules of acupoint selection in the treatment of low back pain by famous TCM doctor LIU Dechun through Neo4j graph database technology.Methods:The clinical medical records of low back pain diagnosed and treated by LIU Dechun,a famous old TCM doctor,in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 1,2020 to April 30,2022 were retrieved.PHP language was used to calculate the frequency,confidence and weight of the selected medical records,symptoms and acupuncture points.And the data results were imported into Neo4j graph database.Results:A total of 338 cases of low back pain diagnosed and treated by LIU Dechun were counted.The symptoms with frequency≥50%include low back pain,aggravation after overwork,aggravation after sitting for a long time,old waist injury and lumbar distension;acupuncture acupoints with frequency≥70%include Ashi point(EX-B2),lumbar Jiaji point,Shenshu point(BL23),Weizhong point(BL40)and Dachangshu point(BL25),the relationship between the syndrome type with frequency≥10%and confidence≥65%and acupuncture and moxibustion acupoint selection is to relieve blocked collaterals due to blood stasis by acupuncture at Weizhong point and Ashi point,and the relationship between symptoms and acupuncture acupoint selection is that to treat aggravated symptoms after prolonged sitting by acupuncture at Ashi point.The result of weight calculation showed that the highest was blood stasis in Geshu point.Conclusion:Neo4j graph database intuitively analyzed the acupoint selection data of LIU Dechun,a famous veteran doctor of TCM,in the treatment of low back pain.There were 38 acupuncture points with frequency≥10%,including Ashi points and Yaobu Jiaji points.From the correlation analysis between acupuncture points,there are five groups of acupoints with the highest correlation with Ashi point,such as Ashi point-Zhibian point,Ashi point-Yinlingquan point etc..
