摘  要:目的:根据子午流注理论测量糖尿病患者每个时辰的血糖,探讨不同空腹C肽水平糖尿病患者的血糖变化,分析血糖控制与各脏腑之间的关系。方法:回顾性分析进行动态血糖监测的94例2型糖尿病患者的监测数据。按空腹C肽水平将其分为四组。依12时辰分别测量、统计平均血糖水平(Mean Blood Glucose,MBG)、血糖标准差(Standard Deviation of Blood Glucose,SDBG)、低血糖指数(Low Blood Glycemic Index,LBGI)、高血糖指数(High Blood Glycemic Index,HBGI),分析各组各时辰血糖情况、总体血糖情况与各脏腑之间的相关性。结果:各时辰指标比较:MBG以未时最高,为10.22 mmol/L,寅时最低,为6.95 mmol/L;HBGI以酉时最高,为1,寅时、卯时、丑时最低,均为0;LBGI亥时最高,为10.64%,辰时、午时、未时、戌时、丑时最低,均为0;SDBG以辰时最高,为1.18,丑时最低,为0.23。相关性分析:第一组,HBGI午时最高,为0.678;LBGI午时与未时最高,为0.796;MBG午时最高,为0.883;SDBG午时最高,为0.600。第二组,HBGI申时最高,为0.739;LBGI卯时最高,为0.925;MBG午时最高,为0.909;SDBG辰时最高,为0.790。第三组,HBGI亥时最高,为0.884;LBGI寅时最高,为0.962;MBG未时最高,为0.888;SDBG戌时最高,为0.739。第四组,HBGI巳时最高,为0.863;LBGI卯时、酉时最高,为0.691;MBG酉时最高,为0.951;SDBG巳时最高,为0.749。结论:第一组:血糖波动主要与心有关;第二组:血糖波动主要与胃、大肠、膀胱、心有关;第三组:血糖波动主要与心包、三焦、肺、小肠有关;第四组:血糖波动主要与脾、肾有关。Objective:According to the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow,to measure the blood glucose of diabetic patients every 2 hours so as to explore the changes of blood glucose in diabetic patients with different fasting C-peptide levels,and to analyze the relationship between blood glucose control and Zang-fu(脏腑)organs.Methods:The data of 94 patients with type 2 diabetes who underwent dynamic blood glucose monitoring was retrospectively analyed.They were divided into four groups according to fasting C-peptide levels.Mean blood glucose level(MBG),standard deviation of blood glucose(SDBG),low blood glucose index(LBGI)and high blood glucose index(HBGI)were measured at 24 hours.The correlation between blood glucose,overall blood glucose and Zang-fu organs in each group was analyzed.Results:Comparison of indicators by time:MBG is the highest at 10.22 mmol/L in Wei Shi(未时)and the lowest at 6.95 mmol/L in Yin Shi(寅时).The highest value of HBGI in You Shi(酉时)is 1,the lowest value of obscenity in Yin Shi,Mao Shi(卯时)and Chou Shi(丑时)is 0.The highest value of LBGI in Hai Shi(亥时)is 10.64%,and the lowest value of obscenity in Chen Shi(辰时)is 0.SDBG has the highest value of 1.18 in Chen Shi and the lowest value of 0.23 in Chou Shi.Correlation analysis:the first group:HBGI:the highest is 0.678 in Wu Shi(午时).LBGI:The highest is 0.796 in Wu Shi and in Wei Shi.MBG:The highest is 0.883 in Wu Shi.SDBG:The maximum is 0.600 in Wu Shi.Group 2:HBGI:the maximum is 0.739 in Shen Shi(申时).LBGI:the highest value is 0.925 in Mao Shi.MBG:The maximum is 0.909 in Wu Shi.SDBG:The highest is 0.790 in Chen Shi.The third group:HBGI:the maximum is 0.884 in Hai Shi.LBGI:the highest value in Yin Shi is 0.962.MBG:the maximum is 0.888 in Wei Shi.SDBG:the maximum value is 0.739 in Xu Shi(戌时).Fourth groups:HBGI:the highest value is 0.863 in Si Shi(巳时).LBGI:0.691 is the highest in Mao Shi and You Shi.MBG:the maximum is 0.951 in You Shi.SDBG:The highest value is 0.749 in Si Shi.Conclusions:The first group,blood glucose
