董氏奇穴联合火龙罐治疗风寒型面瘫的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较董氏奇穴联合火龙罐与常规针刺联合TDP照射治疗风寒型面瘫的临床疗效的差异。方法:选取70例风寒型面瘫患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各35例。治疗组采用董氏奇穴联合火龙罐疗法,对照组采用常规针刺联合TDP照射疗法,两组均治疗3周。分别于治疗前、治疗1周、治疗3周结束后评定面神经瘫痪分级量表(House-Brackmann,H-B)评分、面神经功能恢复评定标准评分、改良Portmann评分、面部残疾指数量表-躯体功能指数量表(Facial Disability Index Physical Function Index Scale,FDIP)评分、面部残疾指数量表-社会生活功能量表(Facial Disability Index Social Life Function Scale,FDIS)评分,进行临床评价。结果:两组治疗前H-B评分、面神经功能恢复评定标准评分、改良Portmann评分、FDIP评分、FDIS评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1周后、治疗3周后,两组H-B评分、面神经功能恢复评定标准评分、改良Portmann评分、FDIP评分、FDIS评分均降低(均P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:董氏奇穴联合火龙罐与常规针刺联合TDP照射治疗风寒型面瘫均有效,董氏奇穴联合火龙罐疗法较常规针刺联合TDP照射疗法恢复快。因此,董氏奇穴联合火龙罐疗法在治疗风寒型面瘫方面的疗效明显优于常规针刺联合TDP照射疗法。Objective:To compare the difference of clinical efficacy between DONG’s extraordinary acupoints acupuncture plus Huolong cupping(火龙罐)and conventional acupuncture plus TDP irradiation on facial paralysis caused by wind-cold invasion.Methods:A total of 70 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.There were 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by DONG’s extraordinary acupoints acupuncture plus Huolong cupping.The control group received conventional acupuncture plus TDP irradiation.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.Results:There was no significant difference in H-B scale score,facial nerve recovery assessment result,modified Portmann score,FDIP score and FDIS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 week and 3 weeks of treatment,the above indicators were decreased in the two groups(all P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both DONG’s extraordinary acupoints acupuncture plus Huolong cupping and conventional acupuncture plus TDP irradiation are effective in the treatment of facial paralysis causedy by wind-cold invastion,and the former has a faster effect on patients than the latter.The effect of DONG’s extraordinary acupoints acupuncture plus Huolong cupping on facial paralysis caused by wind-cold invastion is obviously better than conventional acupuncture plus TDP irradiation.
