摘　　要：中医所指的锁肛痔是一种结直肠恶性肿瘤,相当于西医肛管直肠癌概念。随着人们生活水平的提升,此病的发病人群也在逐年增多,约占胃肠道肿瘤的25%。其发病原因不明确,大概与饮食结构、遗传因素相关;原发病人群多为中老年人,现在也有向年轻化发展的趋势。河南中医药大学第一附属医院主任医师张东岳教授从事中西医结合治疗肛肠类疾病60多年,积累了丰富的临床经验,在运用脏毒清治疗锁肛痔这类肿瘤方面取得了不错的效果,可以有效缓解术后症状,降低复发率。文章结合临床案例介绍张教授治疗锁肛痔的经验,以期为临床提供参考。Suogangzhi(锁肛痔)is a kind of colorectal malignant tumor in TCM,equivalent to the concept of carcinoma of anal canal and rectum in Western medicine.With the improvement of people’s living standards,the incidence of this disease is also increasing year by year,accounting for about 25%of gastrointestinal tumors.The cause of the disease is not very clear,is about related to dietary structure,genetic factors.The incidence of the population is mostly in the middle-aged and elderly,and now there is a trend of younger.Professor ZHANG Dongyue,a chief physician of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has been engaged in the treatment of anorectal diseases in the integrative medicine for more than 60 years,and has accumulated rich clinical experience.The Zangduqing(脏毒清)prescription in the treatment of these tumors has achieved good results,can effectively relieve postoperative symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate.This paper combines clinical cases,introduces Professor ZHANG’s experience in the treatment of Suogangzhi,in order to provide a reference for clinical practice.
