摘　　要：急性痛风性关节炎是痛风表现之一,此病常在夜间发作,且疼痛非常剧烈。发病之后患者可出现关节红肿热痛、不能行走等症状。急性发作期时患者有一定自愈的能力,部分患者的症状在数天内可缓解,但也有少数患者可持续数周。江苏省名中医高红勤认为,急性痛风性关节炎有虚证、有实证;或治标,或标本兼治。高师认为痛风病位主要责之肝、肾、脾,其病因是患者饮食失当,脏腑功能失调,水液代谢紊乱,痰浊内生,阻滞经络。同时,痰浊阻滞导致脉道流通不利,则瘀血内生。最终导致痰浊、血瘀互结致经络阻滞不畅,则发为各关节等部位疼痛。本病病机为痰浊、血瘀阻滞经络,导致经络循行障碍,不通则痛。临床表现以局部关节疼痛为主,可见红肿压痛,舌红或暗红、苔白腻或黄腻、脉弦。文章结合案例,介绍高红勤主任治疗急性痛风性关节炎经验,以期为临床提供参考。Acute gouty arthritis is one of the manifestations of gout,which often attacks at night,and the pain is very severe.After the onset,the patients may have joint redness,swelling,heat,pain,inability to walk and other symptoms.During the acute attack period,the patients have a certain ability of self-healing.Some patients’symptoms can be relieved within a few days,but also some patients’symptoms can last for several weeks.GAO Hongqin,a famous TCM practitioner in Jiangsu Province,believes that acute gout arthritis can be divided into asthenia syndrome and sthenia syndrome.Its treatment is mainly to treat the symptoms,or treat both the symptoms and root causes.Master Gao believes that the gout position is mainly responsible for the liver,kidney,and spleen,and the cause is the patient's improper diet,Zangfu(脏腑)dysfunction,water metabolism disorder,sputum turbidity and endogenous,and blocking meridians.At the same time,sputum turbidity leads to unfavorable vein circulation,and blood stasis is endogenous.Eventually,it leads to turbidity of phlegm and blood stasis,resulting in poor meridian blockade,and pain in various joints and other parts.The pathogenesis of this disease is sputum turbidity and blood stasis blocking the meridians,resulting in meridian obstruction,and pain if it is not passed.The clinical manifestations are mainly local joint pain,which can be seen as redness and tenderness,red or dark red tongue,white or yellow moss,and pulse chords.In this paper,the experience of Director GAO Hongqin in treating acute gout arthritis is introduced to provide more clinical references.
