摘　　要：痤疮为皮肤科的临床常见病,好发于青春期。痤疮初起时多表现为与毛囊分布部位一致的黑头粉刺,随病程发展可形成炎症性丘疹,顶部伴有脓疱。严重时可形成暗红色结节甚至囊肿。本病发病时影响面部美观,中重度痤疮易遗留色素沉着甚至形成瘢痕,对患者身心带来不利影响。宋业强教授总结其临床经验,认为本病由风热沿肺经蕴蒸头面,加之平素饮食失节,中焦脾胃运化不利,湿热蕴蒸,两热相合而致病。治以清热解毒利湿为主,在五味消毒饮的基础上化裁为消毒饮一方,在现代药理学指导下配合传统中医疗法(如火针、中药药物面膜等)进行联合治疗,临床取得良好的疗效。附验案2则以验证。Acne is a common clinical disease in dermatology,commonly occurs in adolescence.Acne begins as blackheads consistent with the distribution of hair follicles,and as the disease progresses,inflammatory papules with pustules on the top may form.In severe cases,dark red nodules and even cysts can form.The onset of the disease affects the facial beauty,moderate and severe acne is easy to leave pigmentation and even form scars,which adversely affects the patient's body and mind.Professor SONG Yeqiang summarizes his clinical experience,and concludes that the disease is caused by wind-heat accumulated in the head,dysfunction of spleen and stomach caused by disordered diet,resulting in the combination of wind-heat and damp-heat to cause illness.The treatment is mainly based on clearing heat,detoxifying toxin,and eliminating dampness.Xiaodu Yin(消毒饮)originates from the classic prescription Wuwei Xiaodu Yin(五味消毒饮).Under the guidance of modern pharmacology,Xiaodu Yin plus TCM external therapy(such as fire acupuncture,TCM medicine mask,etc.)is used to treat the disease,and has achieved good results in clinical treatment.Two empirical cases are attached for verification.
