摘　　要：抑郁症是一种临床常见的精神类疾病,具有慢性化趋向和易复发特点。患者以持续的情绪低糜、动作迟缓、沉默寡言为主要临床表现,严重者可有自残甚至轻生等行为。每年抑郁症发病人数众多,对患者及其家庭带来严重的危害。王颖教授认为中医传统治疗方法对抑郁症的认识,体现了形神合一的整体观念,通过调节患者五脏六腑、四肢百骸,进而改善全身气机,有助于患者身心康复,精神愉悦。中医治疗抑郁症疗效突出,且不会出现西药治疗的不良反应以及耐药性等问题,因此王颖教授针对抑郁症采取针刺通畅患者气机,火罐温通气机,中药调通气机的方式。此法行之有效,文章总结了王师运用“针罐药”三联法治疗抑郁症,为临床应用和研究提供新思路。Depression is a common clinical psychiatric disease,with a chronic tendency and easy recurrence characteristics.The main clinical manifestations of patients are continuous low emotion,slow movement and reticence.In severe cases,they may self harm or even commit suicide.The number of patients with depression is large every year,which brings serious harm to patients and their families.Professor WANG Ying believes that the TCM treatment method's understanding of depression reflects the overall concept of the unity of form and spirit.By regulating the internal organs and limbs of patients,it can improve the patients'whole body Qi(气)activity,which will help them recover physically and mentally and make them happy.TCM is effective on depression,and there will be no side effects and drug resistance of western medicine.Therefore,Professor WANG Ying adopts acupuncture to unblock the Qi,cupping to warm the Qi,and TCM medicine to regulate the Qi.This method is effective.This paper summarizes Professor WANG's experience for treating depression by acupuncture and cupping medicine,and provides new ideas for clinical application and research.
