育龄期女性白色念珠菌性阴道炎患者应用综合护理干预的影响

摘　　要：目的:将综合护理干预模式应用于育龄期女性白色念珠菌性阴道炎的护理当中,对其临床效果进行分析。方法:将2020年4月至2022年4月作为患者的摘选区间,于其中选出60例白色念珠菌性阴道炎育龄期患者分为A、B两组(n=30)。对比两组患者护理干预效果。结果:B组(93.33%)护理有效率较A组(73.33%)高(P<0.05)。护理干预前,两组患者在心理状态方面的评分不存在统计学差异(P>0.05);护理干预后,B组的负面情绪方面的评分均较A组高(P<0.05)。B组在生活质量和护理满意度方面均较A组高(P<0.05)。结论:将综合护理干预的手段应用于育龄期女性的白色念珠菌阴道炎治疗当中,可以构建起全面化的护理服务体系,为患者提供完整的护理服务,让患者的治疗依从性得到提升,改善焦虑和抑郁等不良情绪,让患者以最佳的身体状态对抗疾病,获得良好的治疗效果。Objective:To apply the comprehensive nursing intervention mode to the nursing system of Candida albicans vaginitis in female patients of childbearing age,and to analyze its clinical effect.Methods:From April 2020 to April 2022 was selected as the selection interval,and 60 patients with Candida albicans vaginitis were divided into two groups:A and B(n=30).The effect of the nursing intervention was compared between the two patient groups.Results:Group B(93.33%)was better care-efective than group A(73.33%)(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the psychological status scores before the nursing intervention(P>0.05);after the nursing intervention,group B had higher negative mood scores than group A(P<0.05).Group B was higher in quality of life and care satisfaction compared with group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The means of comprehensive nursing intervention applied to women of childbearing age Candida albicans vaginitis treatment,can build a comprehensive nursing service system,provide complete nursing services,make patients improve treatment compliance,improve anxiety and depression and other bad mood,let patients with the best physical state against disease,get good treatment effect.
