排痰管理团队对AECOPD患者排痰效果与血气指标及呼吸困难信念的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析排痰管理团队对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者排痰效果(日均排痰量、7d的总排痰量)、血气指标(动脉血氧分压、动脉血二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度)、呼吸困难信念评分(恐惧呼吸困难、恐惧活动、总评分)的影响效果。方法:回顾性分析本院重症医学科2019年4月至2022年4月收治的60例AECOPD患者临床资料,依据实施的护理方案分为两组各30例。对照组实施传统护理模式,观察组运用排痰管理团队,10d后比较两组患者的排痰效果、血气指标、呼吸困难信念评分差异。结果:观察组的排痰效果、护理后的血气指标与呼吸困难信念评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:排痰管理团队能够提高AECOPD患者的排痰效果、改善血气指标与呼吸困难信念,值得临床应用。Objective:To analyze the expectoration effect of the expectoration management team on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)(average daily expectoration,total expectoration in 7 days),blood gas indicators(arterial blood oxygen partial pressure,arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure,blood oxygen saturation)and dyspnea belief scores(fear of dyspnea,fearful activity,total score).Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with AECOPD admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group according to the implemented nursing plan.The control group implemented the tradit ional nursing mode,and the observation group used the expectoration management team.After 10 days,the differences in expectoration effect,blood gas indexes,and dyspnea belief scores were compared between the two groups.Results:T he expectoration effect,blood gas indexes and dyspnea belief scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expectoration management team can improve the expectorat ion effect,blood gas index and dyspnea belief in AECOPD patients,and it is worthy of application.
