共情式心理护理对乳腺癌放化疗患者心理弹性水平与生命质量及护患关系的影响效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析共情式心理护理对乳腺癌放化疗患者心理弹性水平与生命质量及护患关系的影响效果。方法:选取本院肿瘤科2019年1月至2022年12月收治的72例乳腺癌放化疗患者,采用随机数字表法平均分为两组各36例,其中对照组实施传统心理护理,观察组实施共情式心理护理。分别在护理前、护理3个月时利用心理弹性量表、乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(中文版)对心理弹性评分、生命质量评分进行测定,护理3个月时统计护理服务总满意率,并对比以上观察指标数值差异。结果:观察组护理3个月时的心理弹性评分与生命质量评分、护理服务总满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:共情式心理护理可显著提升乳腺癌放化疗患者心理弹性水平、改善生命质量以及护患关系,值得临床应用。Objective:To analyze the efect of empathetic psychological nursing on the level of psychological resilience,quality of life and nurse patient relat ionship of patients with breast cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 72 patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for breast cancer admitted to oncology Department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method with 36 cases in each group.The cont rol group received traditional psychological nursing and the observation group received empathic psychological nursing.The psychological resilience scale and quality of Life Scale for breast cancer patients(Chinese version)were used to measure the psychological resilience score and quality of life score before and after 3 months of nursing,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing service was calculated after 3 months of nursing,and the numerical differences of the above observation indicators were compared.Results:The psychological resilience score,life quality score and total satisfaction rate of nursing service in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 3 months(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empathic psychological nursing can significantly improve the level of psychological resilience of patients with breast cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy,improve the quality of life and nurse patient relat ionship,which is worth application.
