系统化护理对口服中毒儿童洗胃患者抢救效果及洗胃时间的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨系统化护理对口服中毒儿童洗胃患者抢救效果及洗胃时间的影响。方法:选取122例2021年12月至2022年12月本院急诊科接收的中毒患儿,按数字随机表法分作两组,对照组61例洗胃过程中行常规护理,观察组61例洗胃过程中展开系统化护理。对比两组患儿的心理应激状况、依从性、抢救效果及洗胃时间、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组护理后的儿童应激障碍检查表(CSDC)各维度评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组患儿的依从性是95.08%,比对照组的81.97%高(P<0.05);观察组的治愈率是83.61%,比对照组的57.38%高(P<0.05),且观察组的洗胃时间比对照组短(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率是4.92%,比对照组的16.39%低(P<0.05)。结论:系统化护理应用于口服中毒儿童洗胃中可有效改善其心理应激状况,并进一步提升其依从性与抢救效果,缩短洗胃时间,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of systematic nursing on the rescue effect and gastric lavage time of children with oral poisoning.Methods:122 cases of children with poisoning who were received from the emergency department of our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the method of digital random table,61 cases of patients in the control group were received routine nursing during gastric lavage,while 61 cases of patients in the observation group were received systematic nursing during gastric lavage.T he psychological stress,compliance,rescue effect,gast ric lavage time and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the scores of all dimensions of the child stress disorder checklist(CSDC)after nursing were lower than the control group(P 0.05).The compliance of children in the observat ion group was 95.08%,which was higher than 81.97% in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the cure rate was 88.07%,which was higher than 57.38% in the control group(P 0.05),and the gast ric lavage time in the observat ion group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of complications was 4.92%,which was lower than 16.39% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic nursing applied in gastric lavage of children with oral poisoning can effectively improve their psychological stress,further improve their compliance and rescue effect,shorten the time of gastric lavage as well as reduce the incidence of complications.
