复方玄驹胶囊治疗弱精症男性不育患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究复方玄驹胶囊对男性不育症患者生殖激素、精液质量、精浆一氧化氮(NO)、精子顶体完整率及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年3月—2022年6月在常州市中医医院实施治疗的86例男性不育症患者为研究对象,随机数表法将患者分为两组,对照组43例给予维生素类药物东维力左卡尼汀口服溶液进行治疗,观察组43例在对照组治疗基础上使用复方玄驹胶囊进行治疗。对患者的生殖激素进行检查,评价两组患者的精液质量、精子顶体完整率、精浆NO及生活质量情况。结果治疗后,观察组卵泡刺激素、雌二醇水平低于对照组,垂体催乳素、睾体生成素、睾酮水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组精液质量参数、精子顶体完整率、生活质量评分均高于对照组,精浆一氧化氮(NO)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组配偶怀孕率58.14%高于对照组配偶怀孕率(32.56%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.667,P=0.017)。结论复方玄驹胶囊可提高男性不育症的生育能力,提升生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of Fufangxuanju capsule on reproductive hormones,semen quality,seminal plasma nitric oxide(NO),acrosome integrity of sperm and quality of life in male infertility patients.Methods A total of eighty-six male infertility patients treated in Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method.Among them,forty-three cases in the control group were treated with oral solution of vitamin Dongveril L-carnitine,while forty-three cases in the observation group were treated with Fufangxuanju capsule on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The reproductive hormones of the patients were examined,and the semen quality,acrosome integrity rate,seminal plasma NO and quality of life of the two groups of patients were evaluated.Results After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol in observation group were lower than those in control group,while the levels of pituitary prolactin,testosterone hormone and testosterone in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The semen quality parameters,acrosome integrity rate of sperm and quality of life score of observation group were higher than those of control group,and seminal plasma nitric oxide(NO)was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of spouses in the observation group was 58.14%higher than that in the control group(32.56%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.667,P=0.017).Conclusion Fufangxuanju capsule can improve the fertility of male infertility,improve the quality of life.
