肾透明细胞癌中TIPE2、MMP7的表达及临床病理意义

摘　　要：目的探讨TIPE2、MMP7在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及临床病理意义。方法收集2013年1月—2020年12月在昌邑市人民医院病理科行肾透明细胞癌切除手术患者的60例标本作为研究对象。采用免疫组织化学方法检测60例肾透明细胞癌组织及30例癌旁正常肾组织中TIPE2、MMP7的表达情况,并分析TIPE2与肾透明细胞癌临床病理参数和预后的关系。结果与癌旁正常肾组织相比较,TIPE2、MMP7蛋白在肾透明细胞癌组织中高表达所占比例均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在不同肿瘤的分化、TNM分期等临床病理中对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在不同肿物的大小、病人性别、年龄中对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高TIPE2表达的肾透明细胞癌患者显示预后不良,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TIPE2的表达与MMP7的表达呈正相关(r=0.251,P=0.028)。结论TIPE2的表达与肾透明细胞癌的肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、MMP7的表达有一定关系,TIPE2高表达者提示其预后不良,TIPE2可以用来评估肾透明细胞癌患者的预后。Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of TIPE2 and MMP7 in renal clear cell carcinoma.Methods Collect 60 specimens from patients who underwent renal clear cell carcinoma resection surgery at the Pathology Department of Changyi People's Hospital from January 2013 to December 2020 as the research subjects.Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of TIPE2 and MMP7 in 60 renal clear cell carcinoma tissues and 30 normal renal tissues adjacent to the cancer,and the relationship between TIPE2 and clinical pathological parameters and prognosis of renal clear cell carcinoma was analyzed.Results Compared with adjacent normal renal tissues,the proportion of high expression of TIPE2 and MMP7 protein in renal clear cell carcinoma tissues was statistically significant(P<0.05),Comparison in the differentiation and TNM staging of different tumors,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),comparison in differentiation size of different tumors,patient gender,and age,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Patients with high TIPE2 expression in renal clear cell carcinoma show poor prognosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of TIPE2 was positively correlated with the expression of MMP7(r=0.251,P=0.028).Conclusion The expression of TIPE2 was related to the degree of tumor differentiation,TNM stage,and the expression of MMP7 in renal clear cell carcinoma.High expression of TIPE2 suggested a poor prognosis,and TIPE2 could be used to assess the prognosis of patients with renal clear cell carcinoma.
