显微镜下根尖屏障术治疗根尖孔敞开恒牙的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究显微镜下根尖屏障术治疗根尖孔敞开恒牙的临床疗效。方法选择2019年4月—2021年4月江苏省常州市口腔医院收治的60例根尖孔敞开恒牙患者为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据不同的治疗方式将其分为探究组(实施显微镜下根尖屏障术治疗)和参照组(实施热牙胶垂直加压法充填根管治疗),每组30例。术后3个月,比较两组美学效果、临床疗效及中文版口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14)评分。结果探究组患者恒牙的美学效果总满意率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);探究组总有效率(93.33%)高于参照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);治疗后,探究组OHIP-14评分明显低于治疗前,且低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对根尖孔敞开恒牙患者实施显微镜下根尖屏障术,可有效改善牙齿美观程度,治疗效果非常理想,且有助于改善患者口腔健康,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of apical barrier surgery under microscope in the treatment of permanent teeth with open apical foramen.Methods 60 patients with permanent teeth with open apical holes admitted to Changzhou Stomatological Hospital in Jiangsu Province from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the exploration group(performing apical barrier surgery under the microscope)and the reference group(performing hot gutta percha vertical compression method to fill the root canal),with 30 cases in each group.Three months after the operation,the aesthetic effect,clinical efficacy and OHIP-14 scores of the two groups were compared.Results The overall satisfaction rate of aesthetic effects of permanent teeth in the exploration group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the exploration group(93.33%)was higher than that of the reference group(73.33%),and the difference was a statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);after treatment,the OHIP-14 score in the exploration group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microscopic apical barrier for patients with open apical foraminal permanent teeth can effectively improve the aesthetic degree of teeth,the therapeutic effect is very ideal,and help to improve the oral health of patients and improve their quality of life.
