房产测量在房产管理中的作用探析

摘　　要：在城市化进程不断推进过程中,房地产业获得了迅速发展。房地产进行市场交易过程中,住房产权与土地所有权属于共同关注的问题。房产测量主要运用测绘技术,针对土地情况和房屋情况进行调查,调查获得的数据是进行税收征管、登记管理、开发利用、规划建设的依据,存在法律效力。进行房产管理过程中,房产测量为重要环节,可以使市场当中各方具有的合法权益获得比较有效地维护,规范房地产业的发展与运行。in the process of urbanization,the real estate industry has developed rapidly.In the process of real estate market transactions,housing property rights and land ownership belong to issues of common concern.The real estate survey mainly uses surveying and mapping technology to investigate the land situation and housing situation.The data obtained from the survey is the basis for tax collection and management,registration management,development and utilization,planning and construction,and has legal effect.In the process of real estate management,real estate measurement is an important link,which can effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all parties in the market and standardize the development and operation of the real estate industry.
