摘　　要：本文将详细介绍新形势下保障性住房质量管理内容,通过专业的研究与调查,精准找出保障性住房施工质量管理中的主要问题,并依照相关问题的呈现方式,提出六项优化解决保障性住房施工质量管理问题的有效强化路径,其路径内容包含增强监督执法控制度、合理落实施工监理责任、搭设施工质量管控系统及全面提升质量控制意识等,从而有效增强保障性住房施工质量的控制效果,为广大居民提供更为便宜的居住环境。This paper will introduce the content of quality management of affordable housing under the new situation in detail.Through professional research and investigation,we will accurately find out the main problems in the quality management of affordable housing construction,and propose six effective strengthening paths to optimize the quality management of affordable housing construction according to the presentation of relevant problems.The path content includes strengthening the supervision and law enforcement control,reasonably implementing the responsibility of construction supervision Set up the construction quality control system and comprehensively improve the quality control awareness,so as to effectively enhance the control effect of the construction quality of affordable housing and provide a cheaper living environment for the majority of residents.
