摘 要:钢筋混凝土结构是建筑工程行业使用最为广泛的结构形式,由于工业建筑的特殊性,钢筋混凝土结构应用范围更为广阔。随着近年来攀钢集团内部技改项目的增多,生产工艺的改变,工业建筑物往往需要满足新的使用要求,改变用途或进行结构改造。一般在这类情况下,鉴于新建建筑物投资巨大,往往不会将既有建筑物拆除重建,因此既有建筑物的结构需要采取有效的加固办法保证结构的安全使用。笔者在攀钢集团有关结构加固项目中比较多个方法的经济性、适用性,开展设计工作,并取得了较好的效果。Reinforced concrete structure is the most widely used structural form in the construction industry.Due to the particularity of industrial buildings,reinforced concrete structure has a wider application range.ln recent years,with the increase of internal technical transformation projects of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group and the change of production process,industrial buildings often need to meet the new use requirements,change the use or carry out structural transformation.Generally,in such cases,given the huge investment in new buildings,existing buildings are often not demolished and rebuilt.Therefore,effective reinforcement measures should be taken to ensure the safe use of existing buildings.The author compared the economy and applicability of several methods in the structural strengthening project of Panzhihua lron and Steel Group,carried out the design work,and achieved goodresults.
