摘　　要：房地产业是国民经济的支柱性产业,承载了人们对美好物质生活的向往。本文主要分析了我国房地产现状、探讨了未来影响因素,研究了房地产企业未来的路要如何走,希望对房地产有关人员有所帮助。当前,公共卫生事件应对已进入常态化阶段,房地产市场动荡不定,无论是行业参与者还是决策层,都需要高瞻远瞩的目光来看待这个行业的未来,用理性的思维和积极的态度来引领它的发展。The real estate industry is the pillar industry of the national economy,bearing people's yearning for a better material life.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of China's real estate,discusses the future influencing factors,and studies how the real estate enterprises will go in the future,hoping to help the real estate related personnel.At present,the response to public health events has entered a normalized stage,and the real estate market is volatile.Both industry participants and decision-makers need to look at the future of this industry with a farsighted vision,and lead its development with rational thinking and a positive attitude.
