摘 要:为了明确黄瓜不同品种对温室白粉虱为害的防御反应,选择4个对温室白粉虱抗感性不同的黄瓜品种,测定并比较了黄瓜受温室白粉虱为害前后防御酶活性和代谢产物的变化。结果表明:温室白粉虱为害后,黄瓜叶片叶绿素含量均降低,但是感虫品种降低显著;在虫害胁迫后抗虫品种“新优一号”可溶性糖含量为89.61 mg·g^(-1),与对照相比显著增加,感虫品种“小康村”的可溶性糖含量为19.93 mg·g^(-1),比对照显著下降;抗虫品种“新优一号”的可溶性蛋白质含量和脯氨酸含量分别比对照增加了39.4%、385.7%,差异显著,感虫品种“小康村”的可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量与对照相比变化则不显著。虫害胁迫后,黄瓜不同品种叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性均比对照增加,其中抗虫品种增加幅度在12%~146%,达到极显著水平,感虫品种变化不显著。说明温室白粉虱胁迫后,黄瓜通过改变体内营养物质含量、防御酶含量来抵御温室白粉虱的为害,其中叶绿素、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和CAT、POD含量在抗感品种之间变化突出,可以作为抗虫性的检测指标。In order to clarify the defense response of different cucumber varieties to Trialeurodes vaporariorum,four cucumber varieties with different resistance to Trialeurodes vaporariorum were selected.The changes of defense enzyme activities and metabolites of cucumber before and after being damaged by Trialeurodes vaporariorum were measured and compared.The results showed that the chlorophyll content of cucumber leaves decreased after the damage of Trialeurodes vaporariorum,but the susceptible varieties decreased significantly.After pest stress,the soluble sugar content of insect resistant variety"Xinyou No.1"was 89.61 mg·g^(-1),which increased significantly compared with the control,and the soluble sugar content of insect susceptible variety"Xiaokangcun"was 19.93 mg·g^(-1),which decreased significantly compared with the control.The soluble protein and proline contents of resistant cultivar"Xinyou No.1"increased by 39.4%and 385.7%,respectively.But the soluble protein and proline contents of susceptible cultivar"Xiaokangcun"did not change significantly.After pest stress,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT in leaves of different cucumber varieties increased compared with the control,among which the increase range of insect resistant varieties was 12%-146%,reaching a very significant level,and the change of insect susceptible varieties was not significant.It showed that after Trialeurodes vaporariorum stress,cucumber could resist the damage of Trialeurodes vaporariorum by changing the content of nutrients and defense enzymes.Among them,the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar,proline,CAT and POD changed significantly among resistant and susceptible varieties,which could be used as the detection index of insect resistance.
