世界流动与在地组织的相互性研究——马来西亚邦咯岛海洋渔业的案例

摘　　要：流动性是认识现代社会的有力概念,现代社会的持续变迁体现在要素层次即为全要素在全世界的流动与不断的落地和组合。其间,要素在世界的流动性与在地实体的组织性是互为条件的。海洋渔业既有在地的母港,也在活动空间和技术设备来源上具有世界性,是分析世界流动性与在地组织性的较优领域。对马来西亚邦咯岛海洋渔业的民族志研究发现,渔业生产所关联的流动是多种形式的,包括人际结合、技术集成、资本结合、分工管理、市场运行等各方面的外来要素,借助落地和具体的组织形式转为海岛在地持续性的生产动力。从世界性流动的结果来看,流动、落地和组织性三者不可分割的勾连,成为推动地方和区域社会间的有机结合。这呈现了世界流动性与在地组织性之间富于活力的相互性,即互相支撑、相互成全的关系,并在外部呈现了本地性、跨地域性和世界性的生成过程。The concept of mobility is an influential concept for comprehending modern society,where the ongoing changes of elements are reflected through the fluidity and continual integration of all elements on a global scale.This progress highlights the interdepence between the mobility of elements worldwide and the organisation of local entities are mutually conditional.Marine fisheries,with both local ports and global activity spaces and technological equipment sources,offer an excellent platform for analysing the interrelation between global fluidity and local organisation.An ethnographic study of the marine fishery in Pangkor island,Malaysia,reveals,reveals that the flow associated with fishery production takes diverse forms,including such external factors as interpersonal connections,technological integration,capital linkage,division of labour management,and market operation.Coming together through landing and specific organisational forms,these elements become the impetus for sustained production on the island.From the perspective of global mobility,the inseparable connection between fluidity(flow of elements),landing and organisation become the organic link driving the integration among local and regional communities.This dynamic interrelation between global mobility and local organisation exhibits a mutually supportive and complementary relationship,generating processes of locality,cross-regional and global connections.
