浮环气膜密封径向刚度数值模拟与分析

摘  要:针对浮环气膜密封在运行过程中气膜刚度较低,密封副易碰磨的问题,提出了在轴套表面开设微槽提高气膜承载力进而提高气膜密封系统的稳定性。基于气体润滑理论,建立了浮环气膜密封的稳态特性数学分析模型,并采用有限差分法进行对压力场进行了求解,计算获得了浮环气膜密封的稳态特性参数,并探究了不同工况及结构参数对气膜径向刚度的影响规律。分析结果表明:随着压强、转速和偏心率的增大都可引起气膜浮升力的提高及径向气膜刚度增大,从而改善了密封系统的稳定性,其中转速为20000r/min,入口压力为0.9MPa时,偏心率取值0.6和螺旋角取值30°时,气膜承载力最佳,气膜刚度最大,可显著提升密封装置维稳和抗振性能。该研究对浮环密封系统设计提供了一定的参考。In order to solve the problems of low gas film stiffness and easy friction of the sealing pair during the operation of the floating ring air film seal,a micro-groove on the surface of the shaft sleeve was proposed to improve the bearing capacity of the air film and improve the stability of the air film seal system.Based on the gas lubrication theory,the mathematical analysis model of steady-state characteristics of the floating ring gas film seal was established,and the finite difference method was used to solve the pressure field.The steady-state characteristic parameters of the floating ring gas film seal were calculated,and the influence of different working conditions and structural parameters on the radial stiffness of the gas film was explored.The analysis results show that:with the increase of pressure,rotational speed and eccentricity,the air film lifting force and radial film stiffness can be increased,thus improving the stability of the sealing system.When the rotational speed is 20000r/min,the inlet pressure is 0.9MPa,the eccentricity is 0.6 and the spiral angle is 30°,the bearing capacity of the air film is the best and the film stiffness is the largest.It can significantly improve the stability and vibration resistance of the sealing device.This study provides some reference for the design of floating ring sealing system.
