摘 要:为研究某双基发射药在多出口螺杆挤压机内的流动过程,采用单因素法探究出口数目对发射药流动过程的影响,而后以提高生产效率为优化目标,以流道压强差为约束条件,对挤出口数目、模具长度和模具收缩角进行正交实验。结果表明,增加出口数目可以提高产量,减小最大压强差,使生产更加高效和安全;对质量流量和流道压强差影响程度的排序为:出口数目>模具长度>收缩角,并得到最合理的结构参数组合为出口数目5,模具长度40 mm,收缩角37°,此时质量流量提高了17.6%,流道压强差降低了25.0%,满足并保证发射药致密性的要求。To study the flow process of a double-base propellant in a multi-outlet screw extruder,this paper investigates the influence of the outlet number on the flow process of the propellant by the single factor method.Then,with the pressure difference in the channel as the constraint condition,orthogonal experiments are carried out on the number of extrusion outlets,mold length and mold shrinkage angle to improve the production efficiency as the optimization objective.The results show that increasing the number of the outlets can increase the output,reduce the maximum pressure difference,and make the production safer and more efficient.The order of the influence degree of mass flow and pressure difference in the channel is the number of outlets>mold length>shrinkage angle.The most reasonable combination of structural parameters is that the number of the outlets is 5,the mold length is 40 mm,and the shrinkage angle is 37°.Under this condition,the mass flow increases by 17.6%,and the pressure difference in the channel reduces by 25.0%,meeting the requirements of ensuring the propellant compactness.
