摘　　要：马疱疹病毒2型(equine herpesvirus 2,EHV-2)属于疱疹病毒科γ疱疹病毒亚科,通常导致马呼吸道症状以及免疫抑制,进而引发其他疾病,现已成为引起马流产的潜在病原体。该病毒最大特点为潜伏感染,已流行于全世界,近年来我国也有检测到病毒的报道,这给养马业造成潜在威胁。目前对EHV-2致病机理尚不清楚,且未有针对EHV-2的疫苗,这给该病的防治带来一定的挑战。本文围绕EHV-2感染的病原学、国内外流行情况、临床表现、检测方法等进行了综述,以期为进一步研究提供参考。Equine herpesvirus 2(EHV-2)belongs to Gammaherpesvirinae under Herpesviridae,usually causing respiratory symptoms and immune suppression in horses,and leading to other diseases,especially equine abortion as a potential pathogen.The virus,with its leading characteristic of latent infection,has been spreading across the world,and detected in China in recent years,posing a potential threat to the industry.The pathogenesis of EHV-2 has been still unclear,and no targeted vaccine has been available,posing certain challenges to the prevention and control of the disease.The etiology,global prevalence,clinical symptoms,detection methods and countermeasures of EHV-2 were summarized,with a view to providing a reference for further researches.
