区域创新视角下高校图书馆联盟知识服务内容和提升路径研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]通过探索图书馆联盟服务区域创新的路径,一方面为图书馆联盟寻求新的发展机遇,另一方面助力区域内的科技创新要素融合。[方法/过程]以区域创新信息需求为导向,借助区域创新能力评价指标体系,采用backcasting方法分析区域创新影响因素,总结得出六项服务于区域创新的知识服务内容,再通过对国内高校图书馆联盟知识服务现状进行网络调研和不足剖析,最终从服务优化、服务跃升和服务拓新三个层面提出知识服务提升的可行性建议,并以FULink为例给出具体做法。[结果/结论]国内图书馆联盟应该在完善信息咨询服务的基础上,提升知识保障服务和知识产权信息服务,重视信息共建共享服务、开放交流服务和信息中介服务的开展。[Purpose/significance]By exploring the path of library alliance serving regional innovation on the one hand it seeks new development opportunities for library alliance and on the other hand it helps the integration of scientific and technological innovation elements in the region.[Method/process]Based on the information demand of regional innovation with the help of the evaluation index system of regional innovation ability the influencing factors of regional innovation are analyzed by the backcasting method and six knowledge service contents serving regional innovation are summarized.Then the current situation of knowledge service of domestic university library alliance is investigated by network and the deficiency is analyzed.Finally the feasibility suggestions for the improvement of knowledge service are given from the three aspects of service optimization service promotion and service extension and FULink is taken as an example to give specific practices.On the one hand it seeks new development opportunities for the university library alliance.[Result/conclusion]On the basis of improving information consulting services the domestic library alliance should improve knowledge guarantee services and intellectual property information services and attach importance to the development of information co-construction and sharing services open communication services and information intermediary services.
