湖南省县域经济时空演变特征及驱动机理分析

摘　　要：以2011—2019年湖南省县域人均GDP为研究指标,综合运用全局空间自相关、热点分析、标准差椭圆等方法对县域经济时空演化规律进行分析,并对空间差异形成的机理进行探讨,发现2011年以来湖南省县域经济的区域绝对差异在持续增大,但相对差异呈稳定下降趋势;湖南省县域经济空间演化表现为显著的阶段性特征,2011—2015年为极化效应增强阶段,县域经济在空间上具有“俱乐部收敛”特征;2015—2019年县域经济扩散效应逐步增强,整体协调发展趋势明显;湖南省县域经济总体上表现为以长株潭城市群为核心的“中心—边缘”空间分布格局,经济重心在112.325°E~112.350°E,27.787°N~27.821°N之间变动,且表现为反“C”形移动规律;自然条件、交通区位、需求条件、相关产业支持、国家和区域发展政策等因素是影响湖南省县域经济时空格局演变的重要因素。Taking the per capita GDP of counties in Hunan Province from 2011 to 2019 as the research indicator,using comprehensive methods such as global spatial autocorrelation,hot spot analysis,and standard deviation ellipse,this paper analyzes the spatiotemporal evolution of county economy,and explores the mechanism of spatial differences.The main conclusions are as follows:since 2011,the regional absolute differences of county economy in Hunan Province have continued to increase,but the relative differences have shown a stable downward trend.The spatial evolution of the county economy in Hunan Province shows significant phased characteristics,with 2011-2015 being a period of increased polarization effect,and the county economy has a"club convergence"characteristic in space.From 2015 to 2019,the diffusion effect of county economy gradually strengthened,and the overall coordinated development trend was obvious.On the whole,the county economy of Hunan Province shows a"center-periphery"spatial distribution pattern with Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration as the core growth regions.The economic gravity center of Hunan Province changes from 112.325°E to 112.350°E and from 27.787°N to 27.821°N,and it shows an inverse"C"shaped movement pattern.Natural conditions,transportation location,demand conditions,related industry support,national and regional development policies and other factors are the important factors affecting the evolution of spatial and temporal pattern of county economy in Hunan Province.
