摘 要:深海矿产资源储量巨大、品位高、种类丰富,世界各国都在加紧深海矿产资源开发关键核心技术攻关。面向深海矿产资源开发高挑战技术和高端装备需求,本文从深海探矿、深海采矿和海底环保等方面系统梳理了国内外深海矿产资源开发技术研究现状,总结归纳了我国深海矿产资源开发中存在的关键问题,并据此凝练出我国亟待着重解决的关键核心技术和未来深海采矿研究的机遇、挑战和新方向,最后提出发展建议和对策。研究表明:深海矿产资源开发应秉持绿色、智能、精准、高效协同、技术创新的发展理念,加强基础性科学研究的同时加快深海矿产资源开发关键核心技术联合攻关;面向深海资源开发的需求牵引和技术导向,大力推动深海资源开发相关配套技术产业的发展和科技创新成果的转化和应用,不断激发科技创新成果的内生动力,以期加快我国深海矿产资源开发的商业化进程。Deep-sea mineral resources have huge reserves,high grades,and rich types.Countries all over the world are increasing efforts to tackle key core technologies for deep-sea mineral resource development.In consideration of the highly challenging technology and high-end equipment requirements of deep-sea mineral resource development,this paper systematically reviews the research status of deep-sea mineral resource development technology at home and abroad from the aspects of deep-sea exploration,deep-sea mining,and seabed environmental protection and summarizes the key problems existing in deep-sea mineral resource development in China.The key core technologies,opportunities,challenges,and new directions of deep-sea mining research in the future are summarized,and development suggestions and countermeasures are proposed.The research shows that the development of deep-sea mineral resources should adhere to the developmental concept of green,intelligent,precise,and efficient collaboration and technological innovation;strengthen basic scientific research;and accelerate joint research on the key core technologies of deep-sea mineral resource development.To face the demand traction and technology orientation and accelerate the commercialization of deep-sea mineral resource development in China,we should vigorously promote the development of the supporting technology industries related to deep-sea resource development and the transformation and application of scientific and technological innovation achievements and constantly stimulate the endogenous impetus of scientific and technological innovation achievements.
